Who we are

Information we collect

Enquiries may include your name, business name, phone number or email, any message you provide, and your preferred callback time. We also use submission timing and an identifier to process the enquiry and prevent duplicates.

Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information, and security logs to operate and protect the site.

How we use information

We use enquiry details only to respond and manage that conversation. We do not sell them or add them to promotional email or SMS lists.

Service providers and storage

ChatGPT Sites hosts this site. Cloudflare provides DNS, security and email routing. When enabled, a Cloudflare Worker and D1 database provide our private lead inbox. Resend and Google/Gmail deliver and receive enquiry emails.

Providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where local laws may apply.

How long we keep information

• Unconverted enquiries: normally 90 days after the last meaningful contact.
• Active conversations: 24 months after the last meaningful contact or completion.
• Minimal records of privacy requests: 24 months.
• Synthetic test submissions: 7 days.

Personal information in imported or dismissed cloud-inbox entries is removed from that inbox within 30 days; any retained working copy follows the periods above. Provider backup and security records may persist briefly after live deletion. Legal obligations or dispute resolution may require longer retention.

Safeguards

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Cookies and technical usage information

Essential cookies and technical or aggregate usage information may be used for hosting, security, and site operation. We do not intentionally use advertising cookies at present.
